I am an ex-community organiser turned academic, and this experience informs my interest, approach and enthusiasm for researching all things politics, organising and campaigning. I am particularly interested in the relationship between volunteer political participation and political organisations.

About Me

I am a PhD candidate at La Trobe University. Following my Masters research on the role and development of field campaigning in the Australian Greens Party, my PhD research explores the changing form and organisation of political participation through the case study of the community independents supported by Climate 200. My broader research interests encompass community organising, political campaigns, political organisations and parties, and volunteer experiences.
